Investment Policy Statements: We can help your firm in the creation or updating of an investment policy statement (IPS). This document is an important tool that formalizes the implementation and monitoring of the investments in your plan. For plans that require a more comprehensive investment policy statement, we can recommend an ERISA attorney to assist in the creation of the document.
Model Portfolios: Using the latest analytical tools, we will customize a variety of model portfolios that will span your level of risk tolerance. We will utilize a combination of passive and actively managed funds to achieve the greatest level of diversification at the lowest possible cost.
Plan Meetings: We will offer separate meetings with Investment Committee members and plan participants. Investment Committee meetings will provide a detailed analysis of the plan assets along with a review of market conditions. Participant meetings will include enrollment, education and market updates.

We would be able to provide recommendations for plan administration, if required. We can also recommend an ERISA attorney, if you are interested in creating an ESOP.
Foundation and Endowments: We will assist in the set-up or conversion of your foundation, endowment or eleemosynary organization. We would structure an investment portfolio to meet the distribution requirements of the organization.
Wealth Management: For qualified individuals, we offer wealth management services that utilize tax efficient strategies for taxable accounts and optimized strategies for tax-deferred accounts. We specialize in creating personalized strategies to meet your financial needs in retirement.
Fee Based Advisory Services: We only offer fee based investment advisory services. What this means is that we stand side-by-side with you through the volatility of the market. It is in our best interest to offer you the lowest possible expense ratio (fund cost) on the portfolios, since our fee is based on a percentage of assets under management.
